Versailles Chiropractic, PSC is owned and operated by Dr. Scott Gladdis, D.C. The business was founded in the summer of 2007 and opened its doors to patients on July 30, 2007.

Who We Are

Dr. Scott M. Gladdis, D.C. is a native of Chesterton, Indiana. He attended Purdue University, where he majored in biology. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he earned a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2004.

Jessica Rucker, L.M.T. is a licensed massage therapist in Kentucky. She is a graduate of Spencerian College massage therapist program in Lexington, Kentucky.

Connie Davis is the Office Manager. She serves in a number of capacities to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and our patients are treated with the utmost care and concern. Connie is the person that greets you when you visit the clinic, the person who files your insurance claims and works with insurance companies to assist with patient benefits, and she's the helpful and kind voice that you hear when you phone us.

Workers' Compensation & Personal Injury Vehicle Accidents

We accept workers' compensation and personal injury (vehicle) accident claims. Typically, workers' compensation claims excluded massage therapy services. However, generally speaking, personal injury insurance will cover both chiropractic care and massage therapy.

Payment Options

Patients without insurance may take advantage of our reasonable time-of-service (self-pay) and plan rates.

We also offer a Conceirge Plan for individuals and families who do not have insurance or who want to avoid the hassle of using insurance. Our Conceirge Plan offers YOU the opportunity to take control of YOUR healthcare needs when YOU need care. Under this plan, you pay a yearly fee up front. In return, that fee covers all chiropractic care for one full-year. Some exclusions apply, including massage therapy other than massage therapy when performed by the Doctor of Chiropractic. The Conceirge Plan is becoming an increasingly popular choice for insured persons who are tired of visit limitations and restrictions, and high copayments, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenditures. Insurance copayments are due at time-of-service as required by our contract with each insurance company. Coinsurance and deductable amounts are due at time-of-service. While staff will make every effort to assist patients with understanding plan benefits and patient liability, knowing and understanding health insurance benefits, requirements, and exclusions is ultimately the patients' responsibility. We do not guarantee any information we obtain from our contact with insurance companies to be correct. Errors and ommissions do not forgive the charges patients may incur.
